How To Cook Banana Bread With Walnuts, Pumpkin And Ginger - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup banana puree
  • 3/4 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground walnuts

 

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl, place the eggs, add the pumpkin, both types of sugar, banana puree and oil. Beat the products with a mixer or blender.

Combine the dry and egg mixtures, add the ground walnuts and knead the dough. It will be liquid, don't worry about that.

Divide it evenly into two equal loaves of bread that you have previously greased with oil.

Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for an hour.

The banana bread is ready. Cut into thick slices and enjoy its incredible taste.
