Required products :

1 egg
4 tablespoons sugar
200 grams flour
50 grams butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
1-2 pinches salt
baking powder

For the stuffing:

2 eggs
200 ml liquid cream
100 grams dark chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar
3 bananas
1 packet vanilla sugar

Method of preparation:

Beat the egg with the sugar and baking powder, add the sour cream and melted butter, then gradually add the flour.
Make an elastic dough, which you spread on the bottom of a greased suitable form, covering the walls of the dish with the dough.
Punch the base in several places with a fork and bake the marshmallows in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Take the stuffing.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath together with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Smear the finished base with it.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the liquid cream and vanilla sugar.
Peel the bananas, cut them into circles and place them in the middle of the marsh. Pour the resulting cream and return to the oven for a few minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

When the cake has cooled, cut into pieces and serve.
