Peel a well-ripened banana and mash it by adding two teaspoons of lemon juice. Separately mix the sifted flour with the salt and soda, and a third bowl beat the soft butter with the sugar until fluffy (the mixture increases in volume).
Mix the raw eggs with the vanilla and pour some of them over the flour, pouring a little fresh milk and lemon juice.
Then add more eggs, milk and so on several times. Combine the resulting mixture with the banana puree.
Grease a pan with oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough. Bake it in a preheated oven to 135-140 degrees for an hour.
When you remove the marsh, freeze it for 45 minutes.
During this time, make the cream. Mix the butter and cream cheese. In the homogeneous mass add 1 teaspoon of vanillin, powdered sugar and beat on low speed in a blender. After a few minutes, increase the speed and beat until smooth.
Apply cream on the cooled tray or cut the base horizontally in half and glue the trays with the cream.
Decorate the finished cake with walnuts. You could also use powdered sugar and / or raisins.
