How To Cook Banana Cake With Maple Syrup, Walnuts And Cinnamon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Banana cake with maple syrup, walnuts and cinnamon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup + 1/2 cup syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ground walnuts

Method of preparation :

Mash the bananas with a fork.

In a suitable bowl, pour the oil, add the sugar, maple syrup, eggs, mashed bananas, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and walnuts.

Pour the resulting dough into a greased form with a diameter of 26 cm and bake the cake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.

When the cake is baked, pierce its surface with a thin stick or fork, for example, and syrup with the warm maple sweetness. Do not take the cake out of the mold and pour it while it is still hot.

You stay for a while so that the syrup can absorb. Then you can take the tender cake out of the mold and serve.

You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste.

Enjoy your meal!
