Required products :

220 grams of flour
200 grams of walnuts
200 grams of sugar
100 grams of melted butter
30 grams of oatmeal
4 large overripe bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon almond extract optionally
1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Roast the walnuts in a dry pan or oven, then grind finely.
Peel a banana, grate it and sprinkle with sugar.
Add the oatmeal, baking soda and salt to the flour.
Separately mix the eggs with the butter and almond extract.
You should combine the egg mass with the dry one, mix until smooth, add the banana puree and walnuts. Mix everything thoroughly again.
Grease the bottom of a suitable form, sprinkle with flour and distribute the dough evenly.
Bake the cake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 40-45 minutes (or until done).
