Necessary products:

50 grams of butter

100 grams of sugar

100 grams of sour cream

2 eggs

2 bananas

1 packet of vanilla sugar

150 grams of flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon leavening agent

50 grams of ground walnuts

For the glaze:

75 grams of butter

2/3 tea cup brown sugar

80 milliliters of sour cream with a fat content of 33%

230 grams of powdered sugar

pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Beat the softened butter with the sugar, add the cream, eggs and vanilla sugar and beat until smooth (use a wire whisk).

Then add the well-mashed bananas, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix everything with a silicone spatula and pour the walnuts into the mixture. Stir once more.

Cover the bottom of a suitable form with baking paper, distribute the dough in the dish and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the glaze. Heat the butter, add the sugar to it and let the mixture boil, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula until the sugar has melted (about 2-3 minutes).

Remove from the heat, transfer to a suitable container, add the cream, salt, powdered sugar and beat at high speed until a smooth shiny combination is obtained.

Spread the resulting icing on the finished cake and store in the refrigerator for some time.

Enjoy your meal!
