Required products :
3 ripe bananas
125 grams of butter
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh milk
1.5 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon leavening agent
vanilla sugar to taste
vegetable oil
For the glaze:
caramel or 50 grams of chocolate + 1 tablespoon butter
For sprinkling:
ground walnuts - optional
Method of preparation :
Peel a banana and grate it with a blender. Mix the milk with the soda and the leavening agent. Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, milk, banana puree, vanilla sugar and flour. Mix thoroughly and pour the resulting mixture into a mold with a diameter of about 20 cm, the bottom of which you have greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the glaze. If you choose it to be chocolate, melt the butter and the broken chocolate pieces over low heat. Stir until smooth.
Place the prepared loaf on a wire rack to cool and when this happens, cover with glaze. Sprinkle with ground walnuts.
Another option for decorating the cake is to arrange pieces of banana on the entire surface of the swamp and pour caramel.
