Required products :
100 grams of softened butter
100 grams of sugar
1 large egg
100 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
50 milliliters of milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the stuffing:
2 bananas
For caramel:
50 grams of butter
150 grams of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method of preparation :
Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy white mass, then add the egg, beat once more and add the vanilla extract.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and pour 1/3 of it into the sweet mixture. Stir and pour in the milk. Stir again and then pour the remaining flour. Mix well.
Make caramel. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the sugar. Stir until smooth and then add the cinnamon.
Spread the sweet mixture on the bottom of a baking dish, arrange the sliced bananas (the pieces can be arbitrary in shape, but their thickness should be 1/2 centimeter). Put the dough on the fruit and place the dish in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
When you take out the dessert, wait 3 minutes and then turn it over on a tray or other flat dish suitable for serving.
