Necessary products:
1 ripe banana
100 grams of sugar
cardamom
1 cup milk
two eggs
Method of preparation:
Melt 2/3 of the sugar in 2 tablespoons of water over very low heat and pour into molds. Mix the cardamom and the remaining sugar, warm this mixture together with the milk. Cut and mash the banana, mix it with beaten eggs. Add the milk with the spices and stir. Pour over the molds, put them in a pan with water (level to the middle of the molds) and bake for 30 minutes.
Before serving, pour caramel cream from the mold and decorate as desired.
