Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork. In a small saucepan, mix the sugar, starch and salt. Gradually pour the milk, stirring, put on medium heat until the mixture thickens. Then bring to a boil and after about a minute remove from the heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of this mixture to the eggs and mix quickly and thoroughly. Transfer the beaten eggs back to the pan, simmer and let the combination boil for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the butter and vanilla and let the cream cool. Refrigerate to cool completely, and you can cover with plastic wrap so that no crust forms on the surface.
Crush the biscuits and mix them with the sugar and melted butter. Spread them evenly and tightly on the bottom of the pan and place in a preheated 175 degree oven for 10 - 12 minutes until a golden coating forms. Cool.
The order follows.
Prepare suitable bowls and at the bottom of each put the baked crushed biscuits and press the base (you can use a cup for this purpose).
On it a layer of cream, a few banana rings, cover with whipped cream. Sprinkle with some of the biscuit crumbs and pour over the caramel sauce.
Repeat the arrangement in the same sequence (without the row of crumbs). You can put the delicious dessert in the fridge for about 3 hours or eat it right away.
Garnish with banana rings before serving.
