Necessary products

About the base:

200 grams of biscuits

50 grams of melted butter

1-2 tablespoons fresh milk

For cream:

400 grams of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%

100 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 15%

4 tablespoons light honey

200 ml cream (you can use dry, but whipped with 150 ml fresh milk)

2 sec. l. powder zakhar

1 tsp vanilla sugar

1 tsp lemon peel

3 tablespoons lemon juice

8 g of instant gelatin

2 bananas (if small - 3)

Method of preparation:

Cover the bottom and walls of a 19-22 cm diameter dish with greaseproof paper. Crush the biscuits, mix them with the butter and milk, press the mixture to the bottom of the form and put in the fridge. Puree the bananas (at room temperature). Mix gelatin with lemon juice, dissolve in a water bath and add to the puree. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes. The mixture should be firm, but be careful not to gel.

Pass the curd through a sieve, add the lemon zest, cream and honey. Beat the sour cream with the powdered and vanilla sugar separately and briefly. Add the banana puree and cream to the curd. Beat well again. Spread the cream in the form, sprinkle with crushed biscuits and put in the refrigerator for several hours (if you leave overnight, the effect will be shocking).

Enjoy your meal!
