1 tablespoon potato starch

4 - 5 bananas

70 - 100 grams of ordinary biscuits

70 - 100 grams of roasted almonds

100 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits and almonds with a blender until crumbly. Add the softened butter to them and spread the mixture on the bottom of a suitable container, which you store in the refrigerator.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the cottage cheese with the cream, add the starch, egg yolks and stir. In a separate bowl, mix the cooled egg whites, gradually and in a thin stream add the sugar to them, beat until a thick white mass. Mix it with the curd and mix thoroughly. Cut the bananas into circles and start by "assembling" the cheesecake.

Spread a layer of cottage cheese with the cream and eggs on the biscuit base, then arrange banana rings, again cottage cheese, bananas and finish with a row of cottage cheese. Bake in a mullet in "pastry" mode for 60 minutes, finally turn on for another 20 minutes. It is not advisable to open the lid of the appliance during cooking. When baked, allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan and then remove.
