Necessary products

About the base:

1 cup crushed biscuits

6 tablespoons melted butter

1/3 tea cup sugar

a little cinnamon

About the filling :

450 grams of cream cheese

3/4 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons lemon juice

4 eggs

3/4 tea cup cream

3 bananas (mashed)

Sprinkle mixture :

170 grams of walnuts

170 grams of melted butter

3 tablespoons rum

2 teaspoons cinnamon

Method of preparation:

Make the base. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease a cake pan with butter. Mix the crushed biscuits with the butter, sugar and cinnamon, press well to the bottom of the pan and bake for 7 minutes.

Here's the stuffing. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and lemon juice. Beat eggs, cream and bananas, mash in advance. Use a mixer turned on for 2 minutes for 2 minutes. Pour the resulting filling over the baked "loaf".

Bake the walnuts in the oven at 175 degrees (5-7 minutes) and then grind them with a blender together with the other sprinkles (about 3-5 minutes until the nuts are completely ground). Spread this mixture on the banana filling.

If you bake a whole cake, you will need about 50 minutes, and if you make small cakes - about 12 minutes of baking will be enough.

In both cases, the dessert must cool completely before removing it from the pan. Before serving, refrigerate to cool.

Enjoy your meal!
