Required products :

200 grams of biscuits (for example, tea)

50 grams of butter

400 grams of sour cream

1/2 cup fresh milk

4 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons topped with cocoa powder

10 grams of gelatin

2 bananas

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits, melt the butter in a water bath, mix them. Take a detachable form, cover the bottom with baking paper, distribute the biscuits, press them and store in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Pour gelatin with 4 tablespoons of water at room temperature and leave for 15 minutes. Mix the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Boil hot chocolate: mix 2 tablespoons of sugar, cocoa and milk. Put the mixture on a very low heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. When the chocolate has cooled, add it to the cream.

Heat the gelatin in a water bath until completely dissolved, but do not allow to boil. Then add to the cream. Stir well.

Cut the bananas and arrange the pieces on the biscuit base. Pour the cream on top and put the cake in the fridge for 4-5 hours (preferably overnight).

Then all you have to do is take the chocolate temptation out of the mold, remove the paper and decorate as you wish.

Have fun!
