Required products :

  • 2 teacups crushed biscuits
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teacup butter
  • 1 sachet of pudding powder
  • 1 3/4 teacups fresh milk
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 2 teaspoons whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings

 

Method of preparation :

While preparing the dessert, turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.

In a blender, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter. Distribute the resulting homogeneous combination on the bottom of a baking dish. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, dissolve the pudding in the milk and beat.

Peel the bananas, cut them into circles and arrange them on the biscuit base. Next is the cream, and sprinkle it with coconut shavings.

Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours or until dessert is firm.
