Required products :
700 grams of bananas
500 grams of cream with a fat content of 20%
50 grams of cocoa or grated chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar
Method of preparation :
Peel a banana, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add the sugar to the cream and stir until completely dissolved. Mix the puree and cream (it is good to spray the puree with lemon juice so that it does not darken), mix well. Distribute the finished cream in suitable bowls or cups, sprinkle with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
