  • 250 milliliters of cold liquid cream (33% fat)
  • 125 grams of mascarpone
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 small well-ripened banana


Method of preparation :

Whip the cold cream together with the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla essence. Start the process at low speeds, which gradually increase.

When the mixture acquires the consistency of whipped cream, add the banana and mix thoroughly until smooth.
