How To Cook Banana Dough Donuts With Vanilla And Cinnamon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 50 grams of confectionery margarine (for dough)
  • 1/3 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 300-350 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 banana (peeled and mashed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • a pinch of salt, vanilla and cinnamon
  • frying or other frying fat
  • powdered sugar to serve the finished donuts


Method of preparation :

Mix the butter together with the sugar. Add the egg, banana puree, pour in the milk and mix the ingredients until smooth.

Sift the flour with the baking soda, salt, vanilla and cinnamon, then combine the two mixtures, replacing the dough.

Divide it into pieces, roll them to a thickness of one centimeter and cut out circles (you can use the simplest cup for this purpose).

Fry the donuts until golden in the very hot fat and serve them with powdered sugar.
