Required products :

1 banana
3-4 oranges
1.5-2 tablespoons semolina
2-3 tablespoons sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the oranges, squeeze their juice and add cold boiled water to it as needed to get 250-300 milliliters of liquid.

Place the dish on the stove, sweeten to taste and as soon as the mixture boils, add the semolina.

Cook, stirring constantly, until the liquid thickens. Then remove from the heat.

Peel a banana and puree it with a blender, pouring 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Beat the porridge with a mixer, add the banana puree and beat again until smooth.

Distribute the mousse in small forms or dessert bowls, which are stored in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

You can serve the cream with your favorite fruit syrup.
