Required products :

5 bananas
thick cream to whip to taste
100 grams of chocolate
2 teaspoons sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons fresh milk
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons oil
pinch of salt

Preparation :
Make a dough from milk, eggs and flour, add a pinch of salt and oil. Bake pancakes (about 15 pieces).
Then pour the sugar into a hot pan just enough to cover the bottom and wait a while for it to bake.
Arrange the bananas on the sweet base, which you have previously peeled and cut each of them into 4 parts (first into two lengths, then into two more pieces).
Bake them on the sugar on both sides.
Whip the cream until it thickens and add the melted chocolate.
Cover the bottom of a suitable dish with plastic wrap, put 2 pancakes. Arrange another 4-5 at the edges of the tray to fill all the blanks. Next is a layer of cream (use 1/3 of it), again 1-2 pancakes, and on them a row of bananas. Thus make 3 layers of cream and 2 of bananas.
Finish the arrangement with 2 pancakes and wrap the cake in plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
When you take it out, turn it over on a flat plate and remove the foil.
You can decorate with bananas, chocolate or pieces of kiwi. Also sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Enjoy your meal!
