The pancakes
Peel a banana, grate it with a fork and put it in a blender. Add the butter, milk and beat. Followed by eggs, sugar, flour and spices. Beat until smooth, cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for an hour. When you take it out, beat it once more and bake thin banana pancakes from it.
The cream
Again in the blender, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. The cream is ready.
Put a pancake in a tray or other suitable flat dish, spread it with cream, cover with a second pancake and continue to alternate cream, pancake until the products run out. The last layer should be of cream.
Glazurata
Beat the brown sugar and butter, transfer to a saucepan and place on the hob. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the vanilla, chopped walnuts and stir.
Pour the icing over the cake, wait a few hours and then serve.
