Required products :
100 grams of softened butter
10 tablespoons of maple syrup
4 ripe bananas
150 grams of cane sugar (or less)
4 eggs
seeds of 2 vanilla pods
200 grams of flour
100 grams of ground almonds
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
200 grams of sour cream
pinch of salt
Method of preparation not :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 160 degrees. Cover the bottom of a form measuring approximately 20x20 cm with parchment or grease with oil.
Put 5 tablespoons of maple syrup in the bowl and spread it on the bottom. Then arrange the banana rings tightly.
In a suitable bowl, beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and vanilla. At the end of the beating, add the remaining bananas, which you have previously mashed with a fork.
Sift the flour with the baking soda and baking powder, add the ground almonds.
Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones and mix. Then pour the cream to the resulting dough and mix until it is uniform and thick.
Carefully spread it on the bananas and bake the dessert in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes (until ready).
When you take it out of the oven, wait 10 minutes, turn it over on a wire rack and remove the paper.
Punch the surface with a fork in several places and pour the remaining maple syrup.
Serve the sweet pie warm.
