Cut the bananas and place them in a large bowl. Mash them as finely as possible. Add both sugars, eggs, a pinch of salt, baking soda and melted butter. Add the vanilla and mix with a mixer.
Add the flour and chocolate drops, stir to combine the products.
Line a rectangular tray with paper and pour the dough. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, being careful not to overcook the roll.
For the cream, beat the cream cheese with the vanilla and powdered sugar.
Allow the marsh to cool, then peel off the paper. Spread cream on the parchment side and roll it up (you can roll it up with a sheet of baking paper). Wrap the roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours, this way it will tighten to the desired shape.
When serving, garnish with cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
