Pre-peel the banana, cut it into pieces and freeze in the freezer.
Boil the coffee and let it cool.
When the fruit pieces freeze, put them in the bowl of a blender and pour the already cold coffee. Add yogurt and cinnamon to taste. Beat and pour the drink into glasses.
Mix the curd with the coconut shavings and make small balls from this combination.
