Required products :
1 teaspoon green tea
1 banana
1 apple
honey on request and to taste
mint for decoration
Method of preparation :
Boil the tea in the standard way (in a glass of water), you can add mint leaves if desired. Allow to cool.
Mix the peeled banana and apple in a blender, pour the iced tea and beat. You can add muesli, it turns out delicious with them. Beat everything until smooth.
Distribute in suitable cups and sweeten with honey if the apples are sour.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
