Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of puff pastry
  • 5 soft bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of crystal sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 15 grams of cornflour
  • 200 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream
  • lubricating oil
  • 100 milliliters of whipping cream
  • peach jam (maybe another)


Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a round baking dish, grease it and spread the puff pastry. Make holes in several places with a fork and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Put three of the bananas, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, liquid cream and cornflour in a blender bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Remove the form from the oven and distribute the mixture. Return, reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, whip the cream, fill a kitchen bag with it and store in a cool place until the cake is baked.
