How To Cook Banana Waffles With Black Sesame And Almond Flour - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of almond flour
  • 30 grams of roasted black sesame seeds
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 5 grams of baking soda
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 smeared on a banana puree
  • 2 tea cups whole milk

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the waffle iron, put the eggs, olive oil, mashed bananas and milk in a deep bowl.

Beat the mixture and add the two types of flour, sesame seeds, brown sugar and leavening agents.

Stir until a homogeneous thick mixture is obtained. Coat the appliance with olive oil, scoop the mixture with a ladle and distribute in the heated sockets.

Bake the waffles for 5-10 minutes and arrange on a plate. Cool and serve, garnished with jam of your choice, honey or maple syrup.
