Necessary products:
400 g of ready-made pie crusts
4 boxes of Turkish delight (4x140 g = 560 g)
3 eggs
200 ml of yogurt
2 k. including sugar
2 k. including oil
2 k. including flour
1 tsp soda
For the syrup:
5 k. including water
3 k. including sugar
1 pack vanilla
Method of preparation:
Grease a high rectangular pan with oil. Make a mixture of eggs, sugar, yogurt, soda, flour and oil. Stir well. Then take a leaf from the bark (if they are very thin, use two leaves) and spread with 2-3 tablespoons of the resulting mixture. Fold the crust so that the greased side remains on the inside. Put Turkish delight, roll it up and place it in the pan. Do the same for the other pie crusts. Grease the finished rolls with oil and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the pie until nicely browned. After removing from the oven, leave to cool and during this time make a syrup from the above products for him. When the syrup boils, remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Pour the cooled pie with the hot liquid and let it soak.
