Necessary products

  • package of peels (500 grams)

  • 4 tablespoons onions

  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon water

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt

 

Method of preparation :


Finely chop the onion, fry it in oil, add the minced meat. Once it is ready, add the flakes of red pepper and ground black pepper, add salt.

Beat the egg with yogurt and oil, pour the water.

Coat the crusts with the mixture intended for this, put the stuffing and roll.

Arrange in a spiral in a pan and spread the surface with an egg beaten in 2 tablespoons of yogurt.

Bake the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven. It takes about 35-40 minutes.
