How To Cook Bars With Pumpkin Seeds, Whose And White Chocolate - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 tea cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons whose seeds
  • 1/3 tea cup of honey
  • 1/3 tea cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 tea cup melted white chocolate

Method of preparation :

Line a rectangular tray with baking paper, placing 2 sheets of paper crosswise so that the cake does not deform.

Combine oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. Finally add the blueberries and mix well.

Melt the honey with coconut oil and bring to a boil, then cook for 2 minutes until it begins to turn slightly golden syrup. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla.

Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and stir.

Transfer to a prepared pan and flatten, then freeze for 3 hours in the freezer.

Cut into squares and make a grid of melted white chocolate and sprinkle with a few chia seeds.

Store in the freezer for up to 1 week.

Consume for afternoon breakfast.
