Necessary products:
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
1 cup of natural yogurt
1 cup semolina
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
100 grams of coconut shavings
cedar nuts - optional
For syrup:
1.5 teaspoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
300 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon rose water
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs lightly, add the yoghurt, both types of sugar, flour, semolina, coconut shavings, baking powder and mix well. Transfer the dough to a form lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Make the syrup. To do this, pour the water into a saucepan, add the sugar and lemon juice, stir and cook for 10 minutes on low heat until the mixture thickens. Finally, add the rose water and stir.
Pour the prepared dough with the hot syrup and let it soak. If desired, sprinkle with pine nuts, cut the dessert into portions and serve.
