Required products :

  • 150 grams of oatmeal
  • 60 grams of ground almonds
  • 50 grams of crushed nuts (mix)
  • 50 grams of mixed seeds (flax, chia, sunflower, etc.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams of coconut oil
  • 70 grams of honey
  • 30 grams of brown sugar
  • the seeds of half a pod of vanilla

for serving:

  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 75 grams of blueberries
  • 1/2 pineapple, chopped
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • finely chopped mint leaves
  • 250 grams of thick whole yogurt

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Mix the oatmeal with the ground almonds, the nut mix, the seeds and the salt.

Melt the coconut oil and add the honey, sugar and vanilla seeds. Pour over the oatmeal and mix well.

Grease 12 muffin tins and spread the mixture in them. Press your fingers on the walls and bottom to make small bowls of the mixture. Bake them for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool completely in the form, then peel off with a knife.

In a bowl, mix the mango and blueberries, add the lemon juice. Add the mint leaves and stir. Slice the pineapple.

Put a spoonful of yogurt in the baskets, followed by a few slices of pineapple, blueberries with mango, and finally sprinkle with a few more fresh mint leaves.
