Required products :
200 grams of butter
1.5 teaspoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 - 2 tea cups flour
1 kg of fresh mushrooms
3 onions
3 tablespoons oil
200 grams of yellow cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
The dough. Grate the butter in bulk and mix it with the flour, then grind with your hands to get crumbs. Mix 1/2 cup of cream with baking soda, add salt, stir and add to the crumbs. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. When it is ready, distribute it in greased suitable molds and leave for a while.
Make the filling. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, cut them into tiles and put them briefly in salted water. Cut the onion into cubes and fry it together with the mushrooms in hot oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the remaining cream and mix everything.
Fill the prepared molds with the mushroom mixture and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes. Just before turning off the oven, sprinkle the baskets with yellow cheese and return to bake until golden.
