Required products (for 4-6 servings) :

125 milliliters of fresh milk
25 grams of sugar
3 egg yolks
5 grams of gelatin (leaves)
125 grams of white chocolate
250 milliliters of whipping cream with a fat content of about 30%
vanilla stick or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation :
Pour gelatin with cold water and leave to swell.
Heat the milk almost to boiling (up to 85 degrees), add the yolks, beaten with sugar.
Stir with a wire whisk and reheat the mixture to 85 degrees.
Remove the pan from the heat and immediately add the sliced ​​white chocolate and vanilla.

Drain the gelatin from the liquid (the best temperature for it is 60 degrees) and add it to the other products.
Beat everything and cool.
Whip the cream (chilled) until you get "hard peaks". Mix with the chocolate cream and distribute the dessert in suitable bowls.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
