Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of boiled white beans
  • 300 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 3-4 dried tomatoes
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh coriander half ahead of old onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 grams black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

 

Preparation:

Put the cooked beans and chickpeas in a blender. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, coriander, onion, salt, and both types of pepper. Grind everything until a homogeneous mixture.

Heat olive oil, form balls and fry them on all sides.

As the mixture is soft, turn the meatballs carefully.

When ready, drain on paper and serve warm with garnish or sauce of your choice.
