Required products :
450 grams of canned white beans in their own sauce
1/2 head onion
2 limes
1 bunch coriander or parsley
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
500 milliliters of vegetable broth
Method of preparation :
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Drain the liquid from the beans, rinse it under running water.
Heat olive oil in a suitable pan over medium heat, pour onion and garlic, fry them until soft.
Then add the beans and grated citrus peels. After 1 - 2 minutes pour the vegetable broth, put the chopped parsley or coriander, the juice of both limes.
Close the pan with a lid and let everything boil slightly. Reduce the temperature to a minimum and allow the mixture to cook for about 5 minutes.
It remains to beat with a blender until a creamy mass and the hummus is ready.
Season to taste, decorate as desired and serve.
