Required products :

250 grams beans
6 strips of bacon
2 eggs
1 onion
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
4 cherry tomatoes
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
frying oil

Method of preparation :

Pour boiling water over the beans and leave for 3 hours. Then drain the liquid, pour clean water, add salt and boil the beans until done.
Then strain, let cool and mash.
Cut the onion into small pieces, add it to the resulting puree, add the parsley and half of the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
From the minced meat, form meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden in hot oil.
Fry the bacon, which you serve as an addition to the meatballs with chopped cherry tomatoes.
An option is to add the bacon to the bean mixture, pre-cut and fry.
