How To Cook Bean Meatballs With Parmesan And Milk Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of boiled beans
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons bread crumbs (white bread), breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • left
  • pepper
  • oil
  • flour for rolling

 

For the sauce:

  • 200 grams of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cream with a fat content of 20%
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley

Method of preparation :

Grind the cooked beans with a blender or mash. Add finely chopped green onions, soy sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese. From the resulting minced meat form small meatballs with wet hands, roll them in flour and fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side.

Make the sauce by mixing the milk, cream, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the pepper into cubes, sprinkle with the prepared meatballs and pour the sauce over them.
