Method of preparation :
Grind the cooked beans with a blender or mash. Add finely chopped green onions, soy sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese. From the resulting minced meat form small meatballs with wet hands, roll them in flour and fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Make the sauce by mixing the milk, cream, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the pepper into cubes, sprinkle with the prepared meatballs and pour the sauce over them.
