Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • small lump of oil (about 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 2 cans of 400 grams of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 250 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 60 grams of cream cheese, crushed
  • parsley and hot pepper, finely chopped, for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry until soft onions, garlic and hot pepper, fry for about 12 minutes, stirring often.

Add the beans and pour the broth. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the broth is reduced.

Remove from the heat and mash (with a fork or potato masher), while stirring, add the cream to absorb the mixture.

Sprinkle with feta, spices and hot peppers. Serve as soon as it is ready.
