Required products :

  • 200 grams of dried white beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon liquid honey
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1/2 or 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • black pepper and salt to taste
  • 300 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the beans for 6 hours with water (or overnight), then boil until drained and drain the liquid, but keep it.

Grind the beans with a food processor for 30 seconds and start pouring a little of the broth and increase the speed. Add as much liquid as you want to get the desired consistency.

Then add honey, season, pour olive oil and beat once more for a few seconds.

Transfer the pate to a bowl and sprinkle with the flax seeds, which you have previously dried in a pan and cooled.
