Required products :

150 grams of onion
1 teaspoon walnuts
1-2 pinches of salt
2 eggs
50 milliliters of sunflower oil
pinch of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white beans

 


Method of preparation :

Pour cold water over the beans overnight, then cook until done.

 

Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes and fry until golden in oil.

 

Mix the two finished products and puree.

 

Add salt and add 2/3 of the ground walnuts.

 

Boil the eggs hard, peel them, chop finely and pour into the porridge.
