How To Cook Bean, Potato And Walnut Croquettes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Croquettes of beans, potatoes and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

150 grams of potatoes
2 tablespoons flour
pinch of ground black pepper
150 grams of canned beans
200 milliliters of oil
50 grams of walnuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Method of preparation :

Finely grind the walnuts using a blender or food processor.

 

Then add the beans and puree the products.

 

 

Transfer to a bowl and pour the boiled and peeled potatoes and the raw egg into the blender.

 

Grind them together.


In a suitable bowl, mix the bean and potato masses, add the flour and season with salt and ground black pepper.

 

Mix everything until smooth.

 

From the finished dough, form small balls, which are fried until golden in hot oil.

 

Remove the croquettes on paper to absorb the excess fat.
