Required products :

  • 400 grams of canned beans
  • 400 grams of pumpkin
  • 200 grams of soft goat cheese
  • 2 sprigs of oregano
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sweet mustard beans
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt, olive oil, black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and place in a pan. Add salt, sprinkle with thyme, sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes.

Mix honey with mustard, add balsamic vinegar and 6 tablespoons of olive oil.

Pour the beans into a colander to drain the liquid, then rinse the beans with clean water.

Add them to the salad bowl and season with the prepared dressing.

Once the pumpkin is ready, add it to the beans, sprinkle with oregano and mix thoroughly.

Break the cheese into small pieces and serve the salad with it.
