Method of preparation :
Cut the roasted and peeled peppers into long thin strips. Pour the beans into a colander and rinse the beans under running water.
Finely chop the parsley, mash the garlic with a press.
Pour the beans into the salad bowl, add the peppers, parsley and capers.
Make a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste.
Season the salad with the aromatic sauce, stir and wait 10 minutes before serving.
