Required products :

4-5 medium tomatoes
300 grams canned red beans
1 onion onion
parsley
4-5 tablespoons vinegar
2-3 tablespoons oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste a
little sugar

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles. You can pour boiling water over it and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Leave for 5 minutes, then drain the liquid.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters or randomly, chop the parsley finely, rinse the beans with water.
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar and oil, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, a little sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

In a salad bowl, mix the tomatoes and beans, add the onion and parsley, season with the resulting sauce. Stir in the salad and leave for 30 minutes before serving.
