Required products :
400 grams of canned beans
50 grams of olives
1/4 tea cup chopped fresh parsley
150 grams of cherry tomatoes
hot pepper
100 grams of ricotta cheese
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
lettuce
1 onion onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the canned beans into a suitable bowl. Add chopped cherry tomatoes and onions, finely chopped hot peppers. Season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything.
Cover the bottom of a suitable dish with lettuce leaves and pour the bean mixture over them. Add the olives and ricotta pieces.
The filling salad is ready.
