Required products :

1.5 teaspoons beans
3/4 teaspoon walnuts
2 medium onions
5 cloves garlic
1 bunch dill
1 bunch parsley
1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
salt to taste
dry spice adjika
oil

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the beans, fill them with water and leave them overnight (or at least 3-5 hours). Then boil it in salted water, in which you put a few sprigs of parsley and dill.

While the beans are cooking, peel the onion and chop finely.

 

Grate or mash the garlic with a press.

 

Finely chop the dill and parsley.

 

Cut or crush the walnuts.

 

Mix onion with walnuts in a bowl, add garlic, green spices, add red pepper, salt to taste and adjika (must be dried). Mix everything thoroughly and let the combination stand for about 30-40 minutes to mix the flavors and aromas.

 

Using a colander, drain the liquid from the already cooked beans and remove the green spice stalks.

 

Pour the beans into the bowl with the aromatic mixture. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary, pour oil, stir and store the salad for an hour in the refrigerator.

 

You can then serve.
