Required products :

  • 200 grams of sausage of your choice, cut in bulk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 400 grams of canned beans, rinsed and drained
  • 400 grams of canned tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • fresh parsley

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the sausage for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the onion and cook for another 2 minutes until soft and the meat is slightly browned.
  • Add beans, tomatoes, red pepper and sugar. Stir and after 5 minutes remove the pan from the heat.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 pots and form a nest in the middle of each.
  • Beat 1 egg, put the lids on and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve the pots warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
