How To Cook Bean Snack With Cream, Garlic And Rosemary - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bean snack with cream, garlic and rosemary". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 425 grams of boiled white beans
  • 1 stalk chopped fresh onion
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:


In the bowl of a blender, mix the beans, the two onions, parmesan, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic and puree until smooth.

 

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cool the snack and immediately before serving garnish with rosemary leaves and season with olive oil.

 

Serve on a slice and enjoy.
