Required products :

500 grams beans
150 grams bacon
2 onions
2 sweet peppers
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon ground red pepper
250 grams suitable sausage of your choice a
pinch of chili pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons vinegar (optional)

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the beans with water overnight, then boil it and drain the liquid.

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a little oil.

Peel onions and peppers, cut and add to the dish with the bacon. Let the products cook until golden, stirring constantly. Then sprinkle them with paprika and flour, stir.


Add the prepared beans. Fry everything and transfer to a saucepan.


Pour the water in which you previously boiled the beans. Add salt to taste.

When the soup boils, reduce the heat. If it is too thick, add more water.

Simmer for 15 minutes and then season with a pinch of chili, vinegar if desired and put a spoonful of tomato paste. Finally, pour the diced sausage, the soup should boil again and add the crushed garlic cloves.

 

Serve the dish with sour cream and green spices of your choice.
